Deposition systems
We design and manufacture deposition systems with PVD and PECVD technologies. Each system is made by analysing the customer’s needs to obtain the best technical solution, providing assistance in the fine-tuning of the coatings.
Duralar has all the know-how and means to provide the customer with a tailor-made deposition system, which includes both dimensional modifications of the deposition chambers (to maximise production capacity and process efficiency) and the installation of multiple sources and deposition technologies.
Cutting-edge technologies
We are able to create the best technological solution to obtain a personalized coating, tailor made for customer’s requirements, thanks to the best PVD and DLC PECVD deposition technologies.
Deposition technologies
Within our structure we develop specific coatings for our customers, to help them maximise their products: both to finish objects with an attractive design and to create coatings capable of satisfying advanced technical requirements.
PVD
PVD is the acronym for Physical Vapor Deposition and indicates the technology used for the deposition of thin metal films, on different types of substrates, for functional and aesthetic purposes.
PECVD/DLC
PECVD is the acronym for Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition and is a chemical process of deposition of thin films, performed in vacuum systems with gaseous precursors.
PECVD technology is the most environmentally friendly process of any currently available alternative. A process that eliminates harmful heavy metals such as chromium in both vapours and wastewater.
