Quality control in the laboratory
Duralar has a laboratory equipped with the most sophisticated and cutting-edge machinery in order to constantly monitor the quality of processing.
During and at the end of the production process, the individual products are analysed by dedicated tools in order to ensure the customer the correct execution of the treatment. We analyse in the laboratory that the applied coating is uniform and conforms to every part of the processed component.
Adhesion, micro-hardness, thickness and salt spray tests are some of the most significant tests to characterise the treatments performed at our coating centre.
The advantage of having an internal laboratory also means being able to perform research and development projects, analysing and making changes to the processing cycles, in search of continuous improvement.
